Audits, due diligence, labor checking
We have specific auditing, due diligence and checking programs in labor matters, which we apply on different occasions:
- Business transmission processes (mergers and acquisitions) incorporating into the due diligence all relevant aspects of labor significance.
- As a preventive measure, through the review, localized or integral of the dynamics of labor relations in a Company or Group, detecting, through a sampling or general verification, the possible existing anomalies and providing, when required, the adequate channels for its correction.
