Raquel Romero is a practising lawyer at Abdón Pedrajas (www.abdonpedrajas.com), a prestigious labour law boutique, where she collaborates in advising and preparing contentious and non-contentious matters for numerous national and multinational companies in various sectors of activity (health, industry, distribution, services, new technologies, etc.).
She is involved in the preparation and legal defence of labour matters, both in conciliation and in court, and participates in legal consultancy and advice activities.

Career path
She began her professional career in 2019 in the labour area of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves, Pereira with extracurricular and curricular internships, combining it with her studies in the Master's Degree in Law Practice.
After completing her studies and passing the bar exam, she became a member of the Valencia Bar Association in 2020 and worked as a labour lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves, Pereira until April 2022. During this period, she specialized in providing legal advice to companies, which she also defends and represents in conciliation and trial proceedings.
She has been working as a labour lawyer at Abdón Pedrajas Littler since April 2022.
